Cosmic #46 – Enam Gbewonyo

Many of us are experiencing some form of generational trauma. Psychic legacies are often passed on through unconscious cues or affective messages that flow between adult and child. Sometimes anxiety falls from one generation to the next through the stories that are told.

Here again, the artistic practice can help. This week we dive into the work of Enam Gbewonyo, a cosmic British Ghanaian Artist and Curator who clearly figured out how to deal with this! The insights from this episode also support and clarify a wider collection of narratives about the work we (very probably) need to do within vs. what we expect from “the outside”.
